The cost of calls and SMS varies based on your Caller ID. Using a foreign number, like a German one, may result in higher rates. Set your Caller ID to ``Auto'' for the best rates, letting the system choose the cheapest option.

You can view the call rate as soon as you select a destination. Whether entering a number manually or choosing from contacts, the rate will appear before pressing “Call,” letting you confirm it in advance.

If you are having trouble registering, ensure you are entering valid info (name, email, phone number). Pay attention to error messages. Note: You cannot register a new account if you already have one.

When you place an order or add funds, an invoice will be sent to your registered email and via an In-App message. If unpaid by the due date, the invoice will be voided and the order canceled.

If you don't use JotLink for 180 days, your service will be suspended, and you'll receive an email. Open JotLink to reactivate it. If not reactivated in 10 days, it will be permanently canceled, but you can register again anytime.

If you've logged out of JotLink, log back in by clicking the QR code in your welcome email or scanning it from your device. If you can't log in, your account may be inactive or deleted, so you'll need to register a new one.
